Serving as President Director since 16 Februari 2023 accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-31/MBU/02/2023 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated Februari 16, 2023.
He has built his expertise across restructuring, business turnaround, and strategic project management. Prior join Danareksa, he served as President Director at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (2020-Feb 2023). He also served as Senior Executive Vice President at Bank Exim (2019-2020), Chief Financial Officer at PT Tuban Petrochemicals Industries (2016-2019), Chief Operating Officer at PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) (2010-2016), Executive Vice President Project Development at PT Cardig International Aviation (2009), Corporate Finance Group Head (Deputy CFO) at PT Cardig International (2004-2006), Senior Investment Officer at Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (2000-2004), Capital Market Dealer at American Express Bank Jakarta (1999-2000), and Assistant Manager Treasury Analyst at American Express Bank Jakarta (1997-1999).
He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Indonesia (1995) and Master of International Management (MBA) from Thunderbird-The American Graduate School of International Management, Arizona, USA focusing on International Finance and International Operation (1997). He is also a CFA charter holder.

Chris Soemijantoro has served as Investment Director of PT Danareksa (Persero) since 2021 in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-183/MBU/06/06/2021 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated June 3, 2021.
Previously, Chris Soemijantoro studied for a Bachelor’s degree at Flagler College Florida, USA, then studied for a Masters in Financial Management at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.
Prior to serving as Investment Director of PT Danareksa (Persero), he served as Director of Bank of America N.A (2019-2021), Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Singapore for 7 years in the field of structured financing and derivatives, Macquarie Bank in Singapore to focus on the area of commodity financing, FX and Bond Market from several companies in Indonesia and Singapore, including PT Sigma Batara, Bear Stearns Asia (USA & Hong Kong) and Barclays Capital (Hong Kong & Singapore)
RIZWAN RIZAL ABIDIN
Rizwan Rizal Abidin
Serving as Investment Director 2 since December 15, 2023, Rizwan Rizal Abidin leads the restructuring and turnaround of BUMN Titip Kelola and investment management through the Special Situations Fund at PPA, he also manages PPA investments in the form of loans, structured debt, and hybrid financing.
Having a professional career spanning two decades, he brings expertise in investment banking, private equity, and corporate restructuring. Prior to joining Danareksa, he served as Director of Investment 1 and Restructuring and Revitalization of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (2020-2023), Managing Director of IndoSterling Capital (2019-2020), Chief Investment Officer of NWP Retail Warburg Pincus (2017-2019), Director/Head of Merger & Acquisition and various leadership positions in investment banking and corporate finance at CIMB (2004-2017), Investment Officer of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (2000-2004) and Relationship Manager of Citibank (1999-2000).
He has won several awards, including Top 3 of the “M&A Banker/ Financial Advisor” league table (based on transaction size) in Indonesia given by Merger market in 2017. He also led his team to achieve Best Bank: M&A Advisory Indonesia given by Euromoney R.E in 2017, Deal Maker of The Year & Cross Border Deal of The Year (Mergers and Acquisition Awards).
He earned a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University (1996) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Artificial Intelligence from Southern New Hampshire University Graduate School USA (1999). He is also an alumnus of the Indonesian National Resilience Institute (LEMHANAS RI) (2020).

Adi has more than 15 years of experience in various strategic roles in business development, investment, acquisition and management of non-performing assets, turnaround management and financial advisory throughout his professional career.
Previously He worked as Investment Director at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (2020-2023), Corporate Deputy Director of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) (2020), Independent Financial Advisor in Singapore and Indonesia (2015-2020), Director of PT Meranti Putra Indonesia (2009-2015), Business Development Manager of PT Rizki Kacida Reana (2009-2015)
He successfully completed asset management transactions at Bank Muamalat in 2020, which received an international award from IFN Dubai. He also received the Top 200 Leader award from Infobank for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023.
He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Nanyang Technological University (2003) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nyenrode Business Universiteit (2008).

Avianto Istihardjo
Avianto Istihardjo has extensive experience as a chief risk officer with work experience in the banking industry in the Asia Pacific region. Avi has expertise in credit risk, risk management, and corporate banking and is a financial professional with a strong academic background. He earned a Masters degree in Risk Management from the University of Indonesia in 2006, and is currently pursuing a doctoral program in Strategic Management from the same university.
Avianto previously worked as Director of Financing at PT Bank Muamalat Tbk (2018-2022), Executive Director for Corporate Credit Group at DBS Bank Ltd Singapore (2017-2018), Head of Corporate Credit Group at PT Bank DBS Indonesia (2014-2017), SVP and Head of Credit & Risk Management at PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja Tbk (2010-2014), VP of Local Commercial Bank Risk Co-Head at Citibank NA (2008-2010), VP Credit Risk Division at PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (1999-2008), and Relationship Manager at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ-BRI Finance (1995-1999).

R Muhammad Irwan is the Director of HR & Law in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK – 323/MBU/10/2020 concerning Dismissal, Changes in Position Nomenclature, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa (Persero) dated October 9, 2020.
Previously, R. Muhammad Irwan studied for a Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1994), then studied for a Master of Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, Jakarta (2002), and studied for a Master of Management at Prasetiya Mulya University, Jakarta (2017).
His career began as a Legal Officer at PT Kliring Deposit Efek Indonesia (1994-1996). As Vice President Legal, Corporate Communication and General Affairs at PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (2004-2009). As Executive Vice President, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Secretary at PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2009-2013). As Managing Director, Legal, Compliance, Human Resource and Corporate Secretary of PT Maybank Kim Eng Securities (2013-2014). As Director, Operation, Finance & Accounting, IT, Risk Management, Legal at PT CIMB Securities Indonesia (2014-2017). As Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management and Advisory of PT Danareksa (Persero) (2018). After that, he continued his career by serving as Managing Director, Operation, Finance & Accounting, IT, and HR of PT Danareksa Sekuritas (2018-2019).
Before rejoining PT Danareksa (Persero), Irwan was trusted as Director of Finance & Work Support (July 2019-August 2020) and Director of Law and HR (August 2020-October 2020) at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero).
