Corporate Social Responsibility
In recent years, esG (environment, social and governance) aspects have become an important benchmark in assessing the feasibility of an investment. This makes Corporate social responsibility (Csr) an increasingly important element in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Danareksa is obliged to participate in sustainable development through Csr activities that are well designed, planned and implemented.
The Company is committed to maintaining harmonious relationships with all stakeholders, among others through the implementation of Csr programs that adhere to the triple bottom-line principle, namely profit, people and planet. The Company always focuses on profit (profit), but not only for profit, but also to support the welfare of society (people) and preserve the natural environment (planet).
The implementation of this PKBL is regulated in the regulation of the state Minister of soes No. Per-05/MBU/04/2021 dated April 8, 2021, regarding Program social and environmental responsibility (TJsL) of soes where the Partnership Program was changed to the Micro and small Business Funding Program and there are no more Community Development activities.

Policy
The Partnership Program is intended for Small Businesses that are not yet bankable, to be independent and able to compete in their industry. Danareksa provides low-interest loans and trainings to improve the capabilities of fostered partners. In carrying out the activities of the Partnership Program, Danareksa collaborates with LPPM Universitas Brawijaya Malang. The Community Development Program in Danareksa is guided by the activities that have been determined by the Shareholders as stipulated above. Danareksa collaborates with various institutions for the implementation of its programs.
Program Bina Lingkungan di Danareksa berpedoman pada aktivitas yang telah ditetapkan Pemegang Saham sebagaimana ketentuan di atas. Danareksa bekerjasama dengan berbagai institusi untuk pelaksanaan programnya.
Managerial Structure
Persero has established a Special Function that handles the Partnership Program and Community Development Program (“PKBL”) under the Corporate Secretary Division located at PT Danareksa (Persero) and is responsible to the Board of Directors.
Partnership Program (PK)
Loans must be disbursed very carefully with certainty in return installments. The PKBL unit applies the scoring method in screening and determining potential fostered partners.
The fostered partners who obtained loans are spread across Malang, Blitar, Pasuruan, Gresik, Baru, Tulungagung. For efficiency, most of the loans are concentrated in the Malang area.
Corporate Social Responsibility towards Society

Policy
The company has a responsibility and an active role in empowering individuals, groups or communities. This is the Company’s effort in developing, empowering and improving the quality of life of the community.
Scholarship Activities
The Company organizes scholarships for school students who excel in scholarship assistance programs at the high school level in Yogyakarta and Kanisius Wonosari Junior High School – Gunung Kidul.
SOEs Serving the Nation Program
The SOEs Serving the Nation Program is an annual activity that is attended by all SOE companies as one of the programs of the Ministry of SOEs in an effort to contribute to society.
Welfare Improvement
In realizing community empowerment, the Company plays a role in improving facilities and infrastructure such as renovation of mosques and renovation of fisherman houses. The company also provides basic food assistance in Bantul-Yogyakarta.
Corporate Social Responsibility Towards Occupational Health, Safety and Security (K3)

The policies implemented by the Company in relation to social responsibility towards K3 are The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 13 of 2003 concerning “Manpower” and the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) of PT Danareksa (Persero) and Employees.
Policy
Employment, health and safety are always a priority. As part of its responsibility. The Company must ensure that the principles of employment, health and safety applied are in accordance with Government regulations and existing international standards and always ensure that the welfare of the Company’s employees is fulfilled.
Activities
Equal Rights of Employees. In accordance with Law Number 13 of 2003, especially Chapter III concerning “Equal Opportunities and Treatment, without discrimination from: Employers”, every employee of the Company has the right to association with forming an employee organization or Employee Union within the Company, including being its administrator. The Company’s Employees Union is called “Danareksa Club”, which is supported by management and regulated and guaranteed in the PKB signed by representatives of the Employees’ Union and representatives of the Company.
Career Training and Development. The Company organizes training and development for its employees based on the interests, talents of each employee and tailored to the needs of the Company’s organization. Danareksa provides equal opportunities for male and female employees and creates a career path system that bases on position qualifications and employee competencies that are integrated with the performance appraisal system.
