The Whistleblowing System (WBS) reporting system refers to the joint decision between the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners number KD-46-037-DIR-BPP;KEP-03DK-DR-VII-2022 dated July 6, 2022, regarding the "Violation Reporting System Policy (WBS)."

Purpose of WBS

Reporting Media

Providing space for reporters to report and/or reveal facts about violations of civil servant discipline and laws and regulations in the field of personnel and general and special criminal matters, including other regulations and provisions carried out by employees in the context of law enforcement and improvement of the management system.

Providing Sanctions

Imposing sanctions on employees who are proven to have violated civil servant discipline and employee conduct rules, as well as further processing violations of general and special criminal laws and regulations, including other regulations and provisions applicable in the organization.

Improving the Bureaucratic System

Improve the management system in the organization towards a clean bureaucracy and realize a proper public service delivery system in accordance with the general principles of good governance.

Increase Trust

Enhancing public trust in Ministries/Agencies and the Government in general.
