Based on Regulation of Komisi Informasi Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 about Standard Information Announcement Pasal 24 Ayat (2)
1. PT Danareksa (Persero) as a Public Body is obliged to announce Public Information
2. Announcement of Public Information that Must be Announced and Provided is carried out with the following provisions:
a. Use Indonesian that is good and correct and easy to understand; And
b. Take into account the language used by local residents
