Reason for Filing Objection
Based on Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information Part One Pasal 35, every Public Information Applicant may submit a written objection based on the following reasons:
- Rejection of Public Information Request on grounds of exception or confidential information
- No Periodic Information provided
- Non-response to Public Information Requests
- Public Information Requests are not responded to as requested
- Unfulfilled Public Information Requests
- Unreasonable charging
- Submission of Public Information that exceeds the stipulated time
Objections as per the reasons above are addressed to the Main PPID Superior of Danareksa by filling out the formulir on website www.danareksa.co.id.
