Information Dispute Procedure

Efforts to resolve Public Information Disputes are submitted to the Information Commission if the Information Applicant is not satisfied with the response from the Main PPID Superior within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the written response.

The Information Commission will begin efforts to resolve Public Information Disputes through Mediation and/or non-litigation Adjudication no later than 14 (fourteen) working days.

If the Mediation process fails, the Information Commission will resolve the dispute through Adjudication within 100 (one hundred) days.

Salah satu pihak yang tidak menerima putusan Ajudikasi dapat mengajukan gugatan ke PTUN paling lambat 14 (empat belas) hari kerja setelah putusan diterima
