Main Duties and Functions of PPID PT Danareksa (Persero)
PPID or Documentation Information Management Officer is an official responsible for storing, documenting, providing and/or providing information services at PT Danareksa (Persero) based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Danareksa Number: 027/Kpts.1000/12.2017 concerning Guidelines for Information Control within PT Danareksa (Persero).
Authority of PPID
- Propose PPID support tools according to the provisions and needs of the corporate
- Determining and deciding whether or not public information is accessible to the public based on an examination of the consequences of the public information to be exempted.
- Refuse a request for public information by submitting written considerations if the information requested is exempt or confidential.
- Optimize the available budget to encourage the smooth implementation of information services in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Establish strategies and methods of guidance, supervision, evaluation, and monitoring of the implementation of technical public information policies.
Duties & Functions of PPID
- Developing and implementing public information service policies in the corporate
- Coordinate and consolidate the process of storing, documenting, providing, and serving public information.
- Verifying public information documents
- Determining public information that is accessible to the public and suitable for publication
- Testing the consequences of exempted public information
- Providing public information effectively and efficiently so that it is easily accessible to the public
- Managing, maintaining, and updating the Public Information List
- Providing public information effectively and efficiently so that it is easily accessible to the public
- Conducting guidance, supervision, evaluation, and monitoring of the implementation of technical public information policies.
- Compile a report on the implementation of public information services within the company.
