Duties & Responsibilities of the Implementing PPID
- Organizing public information services in accordance with the provisions of the holding information service guidelines;
- Propose the structure of the Implementing PPID device to the Board of Directors in the subsidiary;
- Develop technical procedures or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for public information services according to holding standards;
- Develop and implement information service programs based on agreed holding policy directions;
- Representing subsidiaries in the settlement of Information Disputes at the Information Commission and/or court;
- Conducting guidance, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of public information policies carried out by the PPID Executor in subsidiaries;
- Verifying public information documents
- Determining public information that can be accessed by the public or is suitable for publication based on the holding policy and applicable statutory provisions;
- Compile, manage and update the Public Information List;
- Test the consequences of exempt information by referring to the standardized holding;
- Provide public information accurately, quickly, and easily accessible to the public;
- Develop information systems that are in line with the latest developments.
- Prepare a monthly report on the results of information service delivery to be submitted to the Main PPID and the highest leadership in the subsidiary.
Authority of PPID Executor
- Establish the structure of the PPID Implementation tool;
- Establish technical procedures for organizing public information services in subsidiaries;
- Coordinate PPID Implementers and supporters in the process of organizing public information services;
- Provide responses to objections filed by applicants for public information;
- Establish strategies and methods of guidance, supervision, and evaluation of the implementation of public information policies within subsidiaries;
- Appoint a power of attorney deemed competent to represent the company in the process of resolving information disputes at the Information Commission and / or in Court.
- Determining and deciding whether or not information is publicly accessible based on a test of consequences in accordance with the holding’s information service guidelines;
- Reject requests for public information by submitting written considerations.
- Coordinate the process of inventorying the List of Public Information and classification of Exempt Information along with preliminary considerations from all divisions;
- Carry out work meetings or other forms of coordination with relevant divisions in the company to support the smooth running of public information services.
PPID Implementer
- Public Relations and Secretarial Staff
- Assist PPID in storing, classifying & providing information.
- Help PPID make regular reports.
- Manage the registration book of requests for information and objections.
- Provide services to requests for information.
- Deal directly with the information applicant (if needed).
- Administration of information services.
- Public Information List Updates.
