Who can make a request for public information?

Every Indonesian citizen (WNI) or Indonesian legal entity as stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure.

For individuals, complete their ID card; For groups, complete a power of attorney and ID card of the person authorized; For legal entities, complete the deed of establishment issued by the ministry in charge of legal affairs and human rights.

The applicant can submit an objection to PPID through the Objection Submission Form or come directly to the information service area at Danareksa office. The applicant will receive a response from the PPID superior no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the receipt of the written objection.

Danareksa’s PPID services are free of charge. For duplication or recording, users of public information services can duplicate independently at the photocopy service provider located around the Danareksa office building accompanied by the company’s information service officer or prepare other electronic recording media for recording their information data.

Danareksa opens public information services every Monday to Friday (working days) at 09.00-16.00 WIB.
